About Corona Virus Precautions
If you don’t know my story, I got into skincare and permanent cosmetics because I was looking for safe beauty services: I lost four family members to cancer before I was 17. Now I provide services for immunocompromised clients. Although the pandemic is easing, it’s not completely over. For this reason, we are going to continue to request that you are vaccinated before services with us. We want to take care of the most vulnerable among us. Sometimes they need the confidence – and care – even more than the rest of us. If you choose not to be vaccinated, then when this is over, we’ll be happy to take care of you.

Service and Appointment Policies
Reservation Fees: Reservation Fees are required for all Appointments, all Classes, and all Enrollments. All appointments require a $50 or $100 Reservation Fee. Reservation Fees are non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Cancellation Policy: Please call 24 hours prior to your service to cancel or change your appointment. The Late Cancellation policy applies.
Running Late: Please understand that I completely know how things can happen in life, however, if you are running late, your service may be shortened if there is an appointment immediately following yours. Your appointment will be cancelled if there is not enough time to perform the service to our standards, or the office is closing for the day. If your appointment is cancelled the $50.00 Service Fee will be charged to the card on file.
Late Cancellation and No Call/No Shows: There is a $50.00 Fee for appointments cancelled inside the 24-hour window prior to your appointment. The fee for No Call/No Show appointments is 50% of your service cost. There are no exceptions to this policy. No Call/No Show Appointments and Late Cancellations affect not only our income but our emotional and psychological health and well-being. However, sometimes there is a good reason for this. Consequently, if you are kept as a client, after a no show or late cancellations, you must pay full price prior to your service for any service scheduled with Victoria Knight Aesthetics. If you would like to reschedule your appointment an additional Reservation Fee will be assessed. If you are cancelling your appointment and will not be rescheduling, a 50% fee will be retained for prepaid services to cover cost of time lost without being able to reschedule another client at the allotted time, and for product and supplies purchased for your specific service. Any refund issued may take up to 30 days to be credited to your account.
No Minors: This is enforced to ensure that there are no distractions while working. Your safety is our utmost concern. If you arrive with a Minor, you will be required to reschedule. The Late Cancellation policy applies.
No Pets*: Pets can be a distraction during the service. Your safety is crucial.
*Service Animals are the only exception. If there is any potential for your service animal to interfere with your service, we request that another person accompany you to keep your service animal in the Reception Area so that your service may be safely completed.
Rescheduling: For rescheduling your appointment; the Reservation Fee is non-refundable and must be paid again for each appointment unless you contact our office to reschedule more than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
For late cancellations Reservation Fees are non-refundable and must be paid again for any subsequent appointment unless you provide a note from a physician for absence or late cancellation.

Refunds: There are no refunds for Reservation Fees, Prepaid Services, or Services provided.
Prepaid Appointments: Special Pricing is offered for some services and requires prepayment. There are no refunds for Prepaid Service Appointments. If rescheduled more than 24 hours prior to your appointment the special pricing will still apply for the same service(s).
Behavior Policy
We foster an environment in which all employees and clients are treated with decency and respect. Accordingly, we expect and require all individuals working on behalf of Victoria Knight Aesthetics or present in our office or at an event to follow these principles:
- Communicate in a manner that is conducive to effective working
- Work with others to create an environment in which all are inspired to interact through mutual respect, support, and appreciation of difference.
- Carry out all assigned responsibilities to the best of your abilities and in accordance with Victoria Knight Aesthetics policies.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Use of abusive language, bullying, intimidating, or otherwise interfering with the job performance of employees, fellow employees, lab members, contractors, vendors, conference attendees, visitors or other individuals in the workplace and at Victoria Knight Aesthetics events.
- Physically threatening remarks (written or verbal).
- Engaging in aggressive or hostile acts such as shouting, assaulting, aggressively using profanity, throwing objects at another person, fighting, or intentionally damaging another person’s property.
- Engaging in behavior that could create a reasonable fear of injury, such as stalking.
- Knowingly making false representations about your work or your credentials, or about another employee, lab member, contractor, vendor, visitor or other individual in the workplace.
Prohibition against Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation
It is our policy to maintain a work environment free from all forms of discrimination, harassment, intimidation and/or coercion based on any protected characteristic.
We are and remain fully open to education on any mistakes that are made unintentionally that may negatively impact anyone because of race, color, religion (including religious dress and grooming), sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions), gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, ethnicity, age, physical or mental disability, citizenship, genetic information, genetic status or characteristics, marital status, military and veteran status, requests for legally-protected family leave or medical leave for the employee’s own serious health condition, or any other characteristic, classification, or status protected under applicable federal, state or local law (each, a “protected characteristic”).

Educational Course Enrollment Policies

Reservation Fees: Reservation Fees required for all Classes, and all Enrollments. All enrollments require a 50% Reservation Fee. Reservation Fees are non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Educational Course Enrollment Fees: The balance due for your Educational Course Enrollment must be paid 7 days prior to the first day of class.
Cancellation Policy: You may re-register for an upcoming class should you need to cancel. Equipment and supply purchases for each student are made with your Reservation Fee and our distributors do not allow returns. If you need to cancel completely and will not re-register the supplies and equipment equal to your reservation fee may be mailed to you. Shipping costs will also be calculated and added into the cost of equipment and supplies. Any refund issued may take up to 30 days to be credited to your account.
Model Late Cancellation and No Call/No Shows: There is a $50.00 Fee for appointments cancelled inside the 24-hour window prior to their appointment. The fee for No Call/No Show appointments is 50% of your service cost. There are no exceptions to this policy. No Call/No Show Appointments and Late Cancellations affect not only our income but the opportunity for students to learn as well as the emotional and psychological health and well-being of our students.
